Who Am I?
>> In the vibrant heart of Tres Cantos, a place whose biggest crime is that a swan is killing ducks, my siblings and I were born (I am the oldest of 3). While most kids were busy mastering the art of the bicycle, I was more intrigued by taking apart and putting back together mobile phones and legos.
From left to right: Me, my sister Nadia, my brother Diego
>> A few years later a beautiful puppy was born and she became a wonderful part of our family.
>> High school was fun, that's when I embraced being a nerd and became very proud of it. Had great friends, great moments, great memories.
>> We built legos, won prizes, made virtual worlds, laughed, cried, and grew up together.
>> But then, at the age of 18, I decided to move far away. And what better place than the Georgia Institute of Technology, a land where people spoke in languages like Python and Java instead of English and Spanish?
>> While I was knee-deep in the virtual world, I had a soft spot for the drama, mystery, action, romance, and comedy of the real world. I am a movie buff.
>> And I wish I could say I love them at a normal level, where I watch a couple a week. No. Sorry. I love them so much that I made a whole website just so I could keep track of how many I watch and when I'd watched them. I love movies so much that I even minor in Film.
>> From movies and drawing, another passion was born. Photography. An art capable of capturing one second and preserving it for eternity.
>> I am a coder who loves a good for-loop, a film minor who can critique the mise-en-scene of any movie, a photographer who can find the best angle even in a dimly lit room, and a Spanish girl who moved far away from the good weather and good food to pursue her dream of coding.
>> But I am more than just a list of skills. I carry with me the spirit of a Tres Cantos child, the analytical mind of a coder, the aesthetic eye of a photographer, and the narrative understanding of a film minor.
